Sellers pay nothing on either
On Vinted and on Leboncoin’s secure payment, the seller keeps the full price. Both charge the buyer 5% of the item price + €0.70 for a parcel delivery.
The difference: hand delivery
When a private seller hands the item over in person, Leboncoin caps the buyer’s fee at €1.99, whatever the price. Vinted has no equivalent with buyer protection, so on expensive items picked up in person Leboncoin is cheaper for the buyer.
