New fee calculators for Alias, Depop, Whatnot, Catawiki, TCGplayer, eBay (UK, France, US and the EEA) and Stripe.

New tools: where to sell, selling limit checker, profit calculator, reseller tax calculator (UK and French micro-entrepreneurs), VAT margin scheme, FIFO stock value, UK chattels CGT and French personal sale tax, plus eight side-by-side fee comparisons.

Every calculator was checked against the marketplace’s own fee page on 3 November 2026.

Collapsible sidebar, sold listing picker and a default tax rate

The sidebar now folds down to icons to give you more room. Press ⌘\ or Ctrl+\ to toggle it.

When you mark an item as sold and it still has live listings, Retailed asks which listing sold. Pick “None of them” for an off-platform sale and the listings are removed.

Save one default tax rate and it pre-fills on sales, listings, purchases, expenses and subscriptions.

Dashboard action center

The right side of the dashboard is now a to-do list: emails to review, sales to ship, pending sales, unlisted stock and parcels in transit, with a live count.

Five tabs in one panel: To do, Inbox, Inventory, Sales and Activity. Approve or reject marketplace emails without leaving the dashboard.

Product templates and drafts that don’t get lost

Save any product as a template and reuse it when you restock: everything is filled in except quantity, sizes and purchase date.

Adding products now starts from four paths: scan a receipt, use a template, type it in, or search StockX, Alias, Vinted, Chrono24 and the Retailed catalogue.

Products you are adding are saved as a draft while you work. Close the panel by mistake and Retailed offers to restore them.

Exports by year, quarter and fiscal year

Set the month your fiscal year starts and exports follow it. Pick a year, a quarter or a custom range.

Inventory exports can show either what you bought in the period or the stock you still held at its end.

An optional summary file adds revenue, fees, cost of goods, tax and net profit by month and currency, ready for your accountant.

The same profit everywhere

Cost, spend and revenue now come from one calculation that applies your VAT or sales tax settings the same way on the dashboard, tables, bulk actions, contacts and mobile. No more different totals in different places.

Inbox filters and clearer margins

Browse the inbox by category (sales, purchases, customers, suppliers) with live counts.

Gross and net margins on the dashboard, with fairer comparisons to the previous period.

Retailed 2.0: exports, Email Hub and AI helpers

Export any table (inventory, sales, listings, parcels, expenses, subscriptions, contacts) with the columns and dates you choose.

Email Hub: forward your marketplace emails and Retailed spots sales and purchases and links them to your items.

Receipt scanning and price suggestions, paid with Smart Credits. Saved table views, advanced filters and custom properties on every table.

A much faster app

Pages and tables load faster with fewer requests, and data stays fresh after you edit it. Fixes to stock turnover and sell-through on the dashboard.

Size run is back, plus dashboard KPIs

Size run returns to the inventory. New KPI cards on the dashboard and a quick actions menu in the top bar. Better time zone handling in dates and profit.

Better sales filters and imports

Item notes and attachments carry over to the sale. The dashboard remembers your date range. Import errors explain what went wrong.

Grouped items and cash flow

Group identical items in the inventory. A cash flow chart on the dashboard.

Bulk edit

Edit many records at once from any table. Sales exports now include the customer and the profit. Deleting a listing or sale updates the item’s status.

Right-click menu in the inventory

Right-click an item for quick actions. Sorting in the products view now holds after updates.

Refresh market prices in bulk

Refresh market prices for many items at once from bulk actions. SKU search no longer cares about upper or lower case.

Tax settings that match how you sell

Choose whether tax is part of revenue and whether purchase tax is recoverable, with overrides per listing. Net profit follows. Average purchase price in size run.

More product categories

New product categories with clearer size and quantity fields. Linked records load faster, and the sales overview shows profit with tax handled properly.

Custom properties and account search

Add your own fields to items, sales, listings and expenses. Search your whole account from one box.

Parcels linked to items, attachments on any record (invoices, photos), and quick preview with inline editing from tables.
