How do Depop fees work?
In the UK and the US, Depop charges no selling fee on a normal sale. You pay a payment processing fee on the total the buyer pays, postage included:
| Country | Payment processing |
|---|---|
| United Kingdom | 2.9% + £0.30 |
| United States | 3.3% + $0.45 (sales tax included in the base) |
What the buyer pays
Depop adds a marketplace fee for the buyer at checkout, of up to 5% of the item price plus up to £1 or $1. The calculator shows the range.
Other fees to know
- Boosted listings: 12% of the sale when a boosted item sells.
- Other countries: sellers outside the UK and the US still pay a 10% selling fee.
Depop's help centre has the full rules. We check the fees regularly, but the checkout screen always shows the exact amount.
